This is the plate to install an RMR-footprint on your 1911. Gunsmithing required to slide to fit this plate.
Novak front sight from Dawson: If you have a KIMBER, ROCK ISLAND, SMITH & WESSON, Para Ordnance, STI, or other sides that are NOT Novak front sights, do not purchase the front sight.
Our plate fits 1911s cut for the Trijicon Plate number is: SKU: CA428-C-600757
Our plate is machined from stainless steel and we black nitride them for a tough, durable finish. The rear sight is a U-Notch with a wavy texture to aid in anti-reflection. The front sight is a steel, serrated matching height Novak unit.

Title of review 53603
Received my colt 1911 slide back today. It was gone just a little over a week after I UPS'ed it. Had the slide milled and a 507C mounted and the RMR plate mount included new tall front and rear Trijicon iron sights. The work looked like factory. The optic sets much lower to the axis of the bore and I COULD NOT be more pleased. Very clean install. This was my 9mm competition series, I have a 45 1911 comp. series and a 38 super 1911 comp. series and they will be getting the same work. My 68 year old eyes are very happy with the optics. My EDC will get the Trijicon RMR type 2 optic. Good workmanship, fast turn around. Win, win for me. Thanks Guys David Jaggers Bowling Green KY.
