Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (see below). Valid reason is required for return. 

 

Returns

You CANNOT return USED gun parts!

All returns are required to be from the original purchaser with the original order number.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.

 

Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

There are no refunds on services. Once purchased, the purchaser has 90 days to ship the component in for service. After such time, the order is forfeit. This is due to shipping label issues and accounting reasons. You can contact us and purchase a new label if 90 days has elapsed and you still want the service performed. 

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted on new, unused products.  Purchaser must pay shipping both ways for the exchange.  If the returned product is used, it cannot be exchanged for credit and the purchaser must pay for return shipping.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
