Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS, except custom items. The tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Buyer must abide by their local and state laws when purchasing from ZRTS.
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE WE WILL SHIP! NO EXCEPTIONS
FLAT RATE/STANDARD shipping is USPS first class. GUNS CANNOT BE SHIPPED THIS WAY. There is no insurance or guarantee on lost items. USPS will not refund or reimburse for lost packages or delayed packages and neither will ZRTS. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. Priority has no delivery time guarantee per USPS.
ZRTS is unable to ship certain items outside of the United States of America. NO FIREARM Sales Internationally.
BACKORDERS: Backorders cannot be cancelled without a 10% cancellation fee. This is to ensure we can fill orders. We manufacture goods in house and backorders driver our manufacturing schedule. We will product products backordered and hold the customer’s spot in line. Cancelling interferes with our production schedule and other customer’s orders.
