This is a SERVICE for us to cut and thread YOUR SIG 516 barrel to any length between 10.3" and 14.5". Our AR barrel cut and thread service includes cutting, threading, re-crowning and polishing of the crown. We ONLY offer 1/2"-28 thread. You may also specify no cut length if you are just wanting to have your barrel threaded.

Turnaround is 1-2 days from receipt of your barrel.
Either drop off or send in ONLY your barreled Upper after ordering. If you send in your entire firearm that requires disassembly, you will incur a minimum charge of $50 for the additional assembly/disassembly time required. This will have to be paid prior to your item being returned.
