This is a SERVICE for us to cut and thread YOUR MPX barrel to any length between 4" and 12". Our MPX barrel cut and thread service includes cutting, threading, re-crowning and polishing of the crown. We ONLY offer 1/2"-28 thread. Your barrel will be cut to 4.5" if not specified.
Turnaround is 1-2 days from receipt of your slide.
Either drop off or send in ONLY your barrel after ordering. If you send in your entire firearm that requires disassembly, you will incur a minimum charge of $50 for the additional assembly/disassembly time required. This will have to be paid prior to your item being returned.

    The service provided was both fast and quality. I had a unique problem with my Barrel it was a MPX Gen 2. And I believe there is a problem with the factory threading in which test it caused a lot of inaccuracies at the muzzle device especially silencer. I got them to cut off one and a half inches down to 6.5 in in re thread and since then the accuracy of the barrel with the muzzle device or silencer has greatly improved. I would encourage anyone that has experienced this phenomenon with their Gen 2 MPX Barrel use a service. It was very much worth it, considering a new Factory Barrel is around $550 with no guarantee the threading issue has been acknowledged or reconciled from Sig. Thank you!

    Excellent service and amazingly quick turnaround. I had a question about shipping and they responded to my email immediately. From the time they received my barrel to the time I got it back was exactly 2 days.

    I had 2 MPX barrels cut, threaded, crowned and 2 barrel extensions pinned and welded. Excellent workmanship, very fast turnaround, easy to do business with...HIGHLY recommend ZRtactical.
