The ZRTS GSG 1911-22 Ultimate Package includes everything you need to upgrade your GSG or Sig Sauer 1911-22. It comes with a full length guide rod, slide alignment cone (SAC), bushing, spring & plug. This package is designed to improve the performance of your GSG & Sig Sauer 1911-22 pistol. The stainless guide rod adds mass to reduce recoil and also eliminates the factory "crash" issue.
We use aluminum for our plug to prevent galling and provide the lightest weight possible to reduce slide mass and recoil.
Installing our stainless steel guide rod adds weight and reduces split times. The factory rod is an awkward length and can lead to barrel bushing failure. Our rod is the proper length ensuring reliable cycling.
Our stainless steel bushing replaces the zinc die cast factory unit that is prone to breakage from crashing into the barrel bushing.
Our high performance spring is much more reliable and doesn't bind like the factory spring. Custom wound, it is optimized for bulk-pack ammunition.
**Not compatible with -CA (California) models. Requires threaded barrel for installation of SAC
NOTE: This kit allows removal of the barrel screw!
All parts billet machined in the USA!

Our Ultimate Package is designed to work without using the barrel screw. This eliminates the problem of changing the point of impact every time you re-torque the barrel screw.

Received the upgrade kit within the scheduled delivery time. Considering it had to be delivered to Vancouver, Canada (and clear customs etc.), that was a feat unto itself- Well Done! The CNC machining on the parts is "SUPERB" for both fit and finish. During the install I only had to finely polish (800 grit wet/dry) the muzzle to achieve a "phenomenal" close fit between barrel and bushing - WOW. The installed parts look fantastic on my gun (GSG 1911 22 tactical) and everything is tight and tidy. Since I only just received the kit the other day, I haven't had time to test it on the range yet, but I'm certain from the quality and fit that there will be a drastic improvement in performance. "HATS OFF" to ZR for manufacturing a great product at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this kit to anyone! (I will also be ordering the tool steel firing pin).
