    The ZRTS recoil spring works great in my Colt 1911-22, and is made of heavier wire than the factory spring, which appeared to me to be very fragile and could be easily kinked. Potential problem solved!

    I just received this yesterday, but I installed it and tried it out right away. It seemed to have more slack than the original but it works great, the gun feeds anything now. Shipping was fast and the price was absolutely great. If I ever need another, I'll definitely buy it here.

    At first glance the ZRTS spring was significantly shorter which kinda concerned me. But after installing I realized that the spring was also much stiffer which enabled it to function properly. I've only put about 50 rds through it with the new spring and it has worked flawlessly. The original spring also worked perfectly but the ZRTS makes the gun feel a bit smoother. Definitely worth 9 bucks! I will purchase again if/when I ever need a new one! Excellent shipping also!

    Bought this recoil spring as a replacement for the OEM spring on my new Walther 1911-22. Absolutely Positively a better more robust spring. Ordering was a snap, shipping and packaging good. I recommend this vendor for all future purchases.

    Stock spring was too weak and caused intermittent internal binding on chassis. This spring has more heft to it, and seems to cycle all types of ammo flawlessly. Made the slide feel like it just ran better, and no more peeling of internals. A must have!
