Shipping Policy

 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS, except custom items. The tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Buyer must abide by their local and state laws when purchasing from ZRTS.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE WE WILL SHIP! NO EXCEPTIONS

ZRTS does not guarantee delivery times.  If you need your shipment delivered by a certain date, we encourage you to select a time-sensitive shipment option at checkout.

Ground Advantage shipping is USPS' new Priority Mail. GUNS CANNOT BE SHIPPED THIS WAY. There is no insurance or guarantee on lost items. USPS has no delivery time guarantee.  USPS will not refund or reimburse for lost packages or delayed packages. 

ZRTS SHIPPING ASSURANCE:  (Domestic Shipments Only)

ZR Tactical will replace or issue store credit (at our discretion) for domestic orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen.  Claims will be accepted via email only.  Claims can only be made one time.  Repeat losses will not be covered.

  • Lost shipments will be subject to a 14-day waiting period.  Only on, or after, the 15th day will a replacement order be issued.  This is due to USPS' varying delivery times.
  • Damaged shipment claims will be processed ASAP.  Please provide pictures and all pertinent information.
  • Stolen shipment claims will be processed ASAP.  Please note that we will only replace a stolen order one time.  It is incumbent upon the customer to provide a secure delivery location.  Signature service may be required for replacement orders at our discretion.
  • Shipping Assurance claims must be submitted via email to sales@zrtacticalsolutions.com.  

ZRTS is unable to ship certain items outside of the United States of America. NO FIREARM Sales Internationally. We DO NOT ship to Canada.  

INTERNATIONAL: We are not responsible for customs issues, clearance, timing or returns. We will not issue refunds for lost or rejected international orders. Caveat Emptor 

We cannot control USPS Express. We will ship Same or next day (depending on order time) but we are not the carrier. Their guarantee is 1-2 days, but we cannot influence that. We will refund the actual shipping cost back to the customer but are not responsible for missed matches, birthday, etc if USPS delivers late. 

 

BACKORDERS: Backorders cannot be cancelled without a 10% cancellation fee. This is to ensure we can fill orders. We manufacture goods in-house and backorders drive our manufacturing schedule. We will produce backordered products and hold the customer’s spot in line. Cancelling interferes with our production schedule and other customers’ orders.
