Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS, except custom items. The tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Buyer must abide by their local and state laws when purchasing from ZRTS.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE WE WILL SHIP! NO EXCEPTIONS

Ground Advantage shipping is USPS' new Priority Mail. GUNS CANNOT BE SHIPPED THIS WAY. There is no insurance or guarantee on lost items. USPS will not refund or reimburse for lost packages or delayed packages and neither will ZRTS. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. Priority has no delivery time guarantee per USPS.

INSURANCE: (Damage/Lost Packages)

Route Package protection is available for those who want coverage. We ship only USPS Ground Advantage to keep costs low. This has insurance but we will not arbitrate or replace unless USPS reimburses us which can take 2-3 weeks. Route extended additional coverage and is much faster for clients needing a quick resolution. The cost is trivial and the advantage is great as they offer package replacement, reordering and more. ZRTS will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that show "Delivered" but Route will. Please make your selection based on this information.

ZRTS is unable to ship certain items outside of the United States of America. NO FIREARM Sales Internationally. We DO NOT ship to Canada.  

INTERNATIONAL: We are not responsible for customs issues, clearance, timing or returns. We will not issue refunds for lost or rejected international orders. Caveat Emptor 

We cannot control USPS Express. We will ship Same or next day (depending on order time) but we are not the carrier. Their guarantee is 1-2 days, but we cannot influence that. We will refund the actual shipping cost back to the customer but are not responsible for missed matches, birthday, etc if USPS delivers late. 

 

BACKORDERS: Backorders cannot be cancelled without a 10% cancellation fee. This is to ensure we can fill orders. We manufacture goods in house and backorders driver our manufacturing schedule. We will product products backordered and hold the customer’s spot in line. Cancelling interferes with our production schedule and other customer’s orders.
