How to Enter

2. Must be 21 years or older and a legal U.S. resident.

3. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

By entering the ZRTS PDP Giveaway, you agree to the following official rules and terms:

1. Eligibility:

• Must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.

• Winner must present valid State-issued ID.

• Open to legal U.S. residents only.

• Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

• Entrants must be legally eligible to possess and own a firearm in their state of residence.

• Restricted states include, but are not limited to: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Deleware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachussetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington

• We will not send any firearms to any of the states on the restricted list.  We understand this is disappointing to everyone that lives in these states, but we cannot put ourselves in a position of legal jeopardy over a celebration giveaway.  The restricted states have varying laws and severe penalties for not adhering to those laws.  It would be imprudent for ZRTS to even attempt to navigate all the laws of all the restricted states over one gun giveaway.  Were we regular purveyors of firearms, we would invest the time and money to ensure compliance in as many states as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

2. Entry:

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• One entry per person.

• To enter, complete the official entry form accurately.

• Fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

• Duplicate entries will disqualify applicant. 

 

3. Winner Selection:

• One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted by ZR Tactical Solutions on July 3rd, 2025, using the email address and phone number provided on the entry form.

• If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of initial contact, or is unable to meet all legal requirements, a new winner may be selected.

• ZR Tactical Solutions reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming the winner.

 

4. Prize:

• The firearm will be transferred only through a licensed FFL.

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

5. Legal Requirements:

• Winner must pass a background check and complete a legal firearm transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.

• Winner is responsible for selecting and providing contact information for their preferred FFL within 5 business days of being notified.

• If the winner fails to provide valid FFL information or does not complete the transfer process within a reasonable timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

• Winner is responsible for all applicable:

  • FFL transfer fees

  • Background check fees

  • Taxes

  • Shipping (if applicable)

• ZR Tactical Solutions will not ship the firearm directly to the winner under any circumstances.

 

6. Disclaimers:

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

• ZR Tactical Solutions is not liable for delays, denial of transfer, legal eligibility, or any consequences arising from the possession or use of the firearm.

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless ZR Tactical Solutions, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any liability related to participation or use of the prize.

7. General Conditions:

• ZR Tactical Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.

• All federal, state, and local laws apply.

• Entry constitutes full agreement to these terms.

8. Tax Obligations:

• The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving the prize.

• ZR Tactical Solutions will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the total prize value in accordance with IRS regulations.

• If the winner refuses or fails to submit a completed W-9 form, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
